KETO//OS Max Swiss Cacao Pie Recipe

In celebration of National Pi Day (3.14) we’ve whipped up a KETO//OS MAX Swiss Cacao Pie that will leave you satisfied and fueled up with ketones!

THE CRUST

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup xylitol
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Add butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed until ball forms.
  3. Press into generously buttered 8-inch pie pan.
  4. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes until bottom of crust is golden brown.

THE WHIPPED CREAM

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. of stevia
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla
  • Mix on high speed until thick.

THE FILLING

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack KETO//OS MAX Swiss Cacao
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons stevia
  • 3 tablespoons powdered cocoa

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed until thick.
  2. Add whipped cream and mix on low until blended.
  3. Place in cooled pie crust and refrigerate.
