In celebration of National Pi Day (3.14) we’ve whipped up a KETO//OS MAX Swiss Cacao Pie that will leave you satisfied and fueled up with ketones!
THE CRUST
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup xylitol
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
Directions:
- Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Add butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed until ball forms.
- Press into generously buttered 8-inch pie pan.
- Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes until bottom of crust is golden brown.
THE WHIPPED CREAM
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. of stevia
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
- Mix on high speed until thick.
THE FILLING
Ingredients:
- 1 pack KETO//OS MAX Swiss Cacao
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons stevia
- 3 tablespoons powdered cocoa
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed until thick.
- Add whipped cream and mix on low until blended.
- Place in cooled pie crust and refrigerate.
