Well, we are bringing you the luck of the Irish with our Keto Corned Beef and Cabbage recipe!
- 1 packet of MCT//143 Virgin Coconut MCT Oil
- 4-6 pound corned beef brisket with seasoning packet
- 4 cloves garlic
- I head cabbage
- 1 stick grass fed butter
- Place brisket in slow cooker fat side down.
- Add water to cover meat.
- Sprinkle meat with seasoning pack and add garlic cloves.
- Cook on low in a slow cooker for 10-12 hours.
- Add butter, MCT//143 oil, and cabbage during the last 1-2 hours of cooking.
