Spring is here, so it’s the perfect time to snack on some fresh and delicious Keto Cream Cheese Stuffed Strawberries! This recipe is made using the KETO//KREME product by Pruvit.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pint of fresh medium sized strawberries
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 pack KETO//KREME
- 1 teaspoon xylitol
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash strawberries, cut off stems and hollow out center.
- Cut bottom tip evenly off strawberry (this will allow strawberry to sit upright).
- Mix cream cheese and KETO//KREME in a blender until well blended.
- Add xylitol and vanilla.Pipe or spoon mixture into strawberries.
- Chill. (You and the Strawberries).
- Store in refrigerator.
